Who we are

AI Staffing Solutions ("we", "us") provides AI-powered receptionist services to Irish businesses. Our registered contact: seana@aistaffingsolutions.net.

What data we collect

• Business owners: name, email, phone, business details, payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
• Callers: phone number, name (if provided during the call), appointment details, and call recordings/transcripts where consented to.

How we use it

• Providing the AI receptionist service to your business
• Processing payments and managing your subscription
• Sending you weekly call reports and service notifications
• Improving our AI models (anonymised, aggregated data only)

Call recordings and GDPR

Every call handled by your AI receptionist includes a verbal notice: "This call may be recorded for quality and training purposes." Callers who continue consent to recording.

Call transcripts are stored in your private Google Drive folder. You control who has access. We do not share transcripts with third parties.

Data retention

We retain call data for 12 months from the date of the call, or until you cancel your account (whichever is sooner). After cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days.

Third parties

• Twilio — call routing and phone number provisioning
• Anthropic — AI language model (Claude) for call handling
• Stripe — payment processing
• Google Workspace — Sheets, Calendar, and Drive for your business data
• All processors are GDPR-compliant and operate under Data Processing Agreements.
