1. The service

AI Staffing Solutions provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist service for small and medium businesses in Ireland. The service includes a dedicated Irish phone number, AI call handling, appointment booking, lead capture, and a self-service management portal.

2. Free trial

New accounts include a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start. After the trial, your subscription continues at €999/month unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. If a payment fails, your AI receptionist will be paused and you'll receive an email to update your payment details. Your receptionist will be reinstated automatically as soon as payment is successful.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will apply. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to harass callers, or to collect personal data without a valid legal basis under GDPR. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with Irish and EU law.

6. AI limitations

Our AI receptionist uses large language models and may occasionally make errors. It is not a substitute for professional advice. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every call will be handled perfectly. By using the service you acknowledge these limitations.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the monthly subscription fee you paid in the month the claim arose.
